I've had this account for how long, and I'm just now writing something? I disgust myself.

I recently read a post from a journal I frequently visit regarding yaoi fangirls. The premise was basically:

1) Stop being overly-squicked by yuri.
2) Respect the other party's interests, and 
3) We're getting annoying.

The person who wrote this is completely right. Honestly, yuri is not my cup of tea, but I won't tell other people that it's disgusting!
 Also, just because you don't like a pairing doesn't mean that the fans are a giant mass of wankers (not British).  ^_~ 

In my bizarre quest to find a happy medium between all world parties, this is at the top of my list! Kidding... I don't consider bitchy fangirls to be true yaoi fans, as they can sometimes be quite insulting - and that's not really what the internet is for.
